Getting to set up on the Activision campus and feed your employees was such a fun day for us. There’s something really special about a company carving out space to celebrate AAPI culture and not as a checkbox, but as a real moment for the people who work there.

To everyone who stopped by, tried something new, and asked us about the food, thank you. We hope you left full and happy. We hope we can do it again next year!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us at this Sunday. May is our favorite month of the year — celebrating AAPI Heritage Month means so much to us, and this market has become our favorite event of the season.

We carry so much pride in being Korean American, and getting to share our culture through our food with the Carson and South Bay community has been our biggest joy from day one. This was our second year at Smorgasburg, and we wanted to do something special — so we brought the **Seoul Bap Pocha** concept to life and partnered with on a **Korean fried chicken + caviar** dish that turned out to be a total hit. 🍗🖤

Happy AAPI Heritage Month to all of our friends out there building, cooking, and celebrating in your own way. See you back at Smorgasburg next year. 🙏

An absolute joy and honor to be on w talking about Seoul Bap and promoting !  Got to share a bit about who we are, what us Jang sisters built, and why we love the city of so much.

Tomorrow we’ll be serving at Smorgaburg again for the 2nd year at ROW DTLA.

Our concept: Seoul Bap Pocha — Korean street food, pocha-style. We’ve partnered with to do something we’re very excited about: Korean fried chicken + caviar 🔥
