Two cultures. One LA. Now in Carson. ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ

We grew up in Koreatown eating the best Korean and Mexican food LA had to offer. Korean fusion is everywhere in LA, but it's hard to find in the South Bay. So we're bringing it to Carson.

To honor Hispanic Heritage Month, our new Korean Fusion menu is here:

๐ŸŒฎ Korean BBQ Tacos
๐Ÿง€ Corn Cheese Quesadilla
๐Ÿš Corn Cheese Kimchi Fried Rice

Lunch break done right. ๐Ÿฅข

One of our favorite dishes at Seoul Bap is our thin pork belly over rice with kimchi, broccoli and pickled radish. Made fresh, served fast, and big enough to get you through whatever afternoon you may be having.

Did you know we have Bibimbap now? ๐Ÿš

Warm rice, seasoned vegetables, marinated beef, a runny egg, and our gochujang sauce that people cannot stop talking about. Mix it all up and dig in.

To introduce it, we are running a deal: buy a bibimbap and get a FREE side of fried dumplings. ๐ŸฅŸ Dine in, or order pickup and delivery on our Toast ordering page.

Come try Carson's new favorite bowl.

What a weekend! โšฝ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท

Seoul Bap took our Korean comfort food to the World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Magic Johnson Park, and the South Bay came through big. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a bowl, and celebrated the beautiful game with us.

Missed us at the park? Come see us in Carson, or let us cater your next watch party as the tournament heats up.

Seoul Bap will be closed for the rest of the week to fix some critical kitchen equipment. Honestly, itโ€™s been tough! Slower sales plus a major unexpected expense is a lot (and donโ€™t get us started on South Korea getting knocked out early at the World Cup ๐Ÿ˜ฉ). But weโ€™re not giving up. This is just part of the restaurant journey, and weโ€™ll push through.
Weโ€™ll reopen next week and we canโ€™t wait to see you. Thank you for your support and for believing in Seoul Bap. ๐Ÿ™

And good news to leave you with: weโ€™ll be serving food at the LA World Cup 26 Fan Zone at Magic Johnson Park on 7/4 and 7/5! Come catch us there.
