Gr8ful Roots Farm We are a small farm located in Cazenovia, Wisconsin. We raise miniature cattle, miniature donkeys, myotonic (fainting) goats, and sebastopol geese.

Not only are we super busy with all our animals we are also raising 6 amazing kids ❤️

In honor of his Wisconsin roots we would like to present, Tundra ❤️ Tundra brings the bold, rugged presence his name represents — cool, confident, and built with purpose. He’s already catching eyes, and we truly believe he has the kind of future that doesn’t come around often. He is a stocky guy like his daddy, Captain. He also inherited his daddy's amazing eye lashes! He is a grandson to Chip and we suspect he is chondro positive. Samples will be going out this week so we should know in a few weeks 🤞 Don't miss out on this guy as your next herd sire! He is almost two weeks old in this picture and standing just at Andy's knees. He may look tiny but he definitely mighty 💪🏽 He is already breaking all the rules and defying his mom who is at her whits ends with this guy! Stay tuned!

Just wanted to make everyone aware there is a page out there trying to scam people with pictures of my goslings and geese and trying to sell them as if they are theirs. Even Andy's in one of the pictures so they can't deny that they stole my pictures! Always be careful when talking to others about purchasing anything online. Ask to speak with them on the phone or video chat so that you can actually see the animals. Ask for references. If the price seems too good to be true it probably is. Sebastopol geese are not cheap! There is a reason they are a threatened species. They have low fertility and low egg production. Even of the eggs that were laid this year by our females more than 70% didn't hatch and that isn't including the ones that were not fertilized. For most, the breeding season is over for the year. None of my geese are laying eggs anymore so I would really question if you are still finding goslings available hatched after the end of June. I did place a few eggs under a goose last week but they may not even be fertilized. I do have three, two year old adult ganders available if someone is looking. Only selling because we retained some goslings from this year's hatch and plan to get new ganders for next year. If you have any questions or if anyone else finds others trying to pass off any of my livestock as their own please let me know so I can bring awareness to the situation. My tik tok videos are constantly being stolen but this is a first for my pictures. Unfortunately, I'm sure there are more out there though.
