We raise Katahdin sheep, a hair sheep breed known for producing mild, flavorful lamb that many people find less strong-tasting than lamb from traditional wool breeds. If you've been curious about trying lamb but weren't sure where to start, Katahdin lamb is a great introduction.

We’re officially at the 8-week mark!🐔

Earlier this spring, 230 little guys made the trip to our farm all the way from South Carolina. Since then, they’ve experienced plenty of Ohio temperature swings over the past 8 weeks! Later this week, they’ll head to the processor.

Over the past two months, we’ve spent every day making sure these chickens were well cared for with fresh feed, clean water, and dry bedding. Raising animals responsibly is something we take seriously, and soon these chickens will have the opportunity to feed not only our family, but yours too.🍗
