Margarita Chicken Tacos 🌮🍹🔥

Taco night just got an upgrade. These Margarita Chicken Tacos are packed with citrusy flavor, a little spice, and made even better with Charleston Mix Classic Margarita.

Ingredients:

Chicken:
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Marinade:
• 1 cup Charleston Mix Classic Margarita Mix
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp chili powder or taco seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt + pepper to taste
• Optional: 1 tbsp tequila or orange juice

For Serving:
• Small tortillas
• Cilantro
• Lime wedges
• Diced onion
• Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken
Combine Charleston Mix Classic Margarita, olive oil, and seasonings in a large zip-top bag or bowl. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for best flavor).
Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest + Slice
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or chopping into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble Tacos
Serve in warm tortillas with cilantro, lime, diced onion, cheddar cheese, or your favorite toppings.
