Introducing our new CHARCUTERIE BOXES, a perfect selection of cured meats, cheeses and accompaniments packaged to-go. We'll be doing our best to keep the following available in the case throughout the season:

Mild Italian Charcuterie Box - with Prosciutto di Parma, Genoa Salami, Pecorino Fiore Sardo, Shelled Pistachios, Castelvetrano Olives, Dried Cherries & Crostini

Spicy Charcuterie Box - with Soppressata Picante Salami, Serrano Ham, Manchego Cheese, Marcona Almonds, Cocktail Olive Mix, Dried Cherries & Crostini

Who wouldn't want to work with this crew?! If you love and appreciate quality food, good people and local businesses, we could be just the place for you. We're currently looking for a couple of qualified folks to join our front-of-the-house (register and customer service) and kitchen (sous chef) teams as we continue to evolve our local butcher shop, deli and gourmet café here on East Bay Street.
