We are a small, woman-owned pasta company making delicious, easy to prepare, uniquely flavored pasta. Enjoy restaurant-quality meals at home with our convenient dried pasta that tastes just like fresh. Our pasta is made in the traditional way; it is mixed, rolled, cut, and air dried. We don’t use any artificial flavors or colorings; we let Mother Nature do her job. Our flavors come from non-GMO vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. Our flour is grown and milled in the United States. The Valente Family has been handcrafting pasta in Charlottesville since 1982. Our pasta is plant-based. Our facility is a one allergen facility. We use only wheat flour, vegetable powders, herbs, seasonings, and water. In our shop, there are NO eggs, soy, dairy, nuts, or fish. All of our ingredients are non-GMO. Valente Pasta’s mission is to offer the best pasta for a reasonable price and to create a positive working environment that respects the rights of our team. We also try to have some fun!
