Canned chocolate zucchini bread… because who doesn’t want a shelf stable delicious treat?

This recipe is more zucchini than flour, so it’s basically a health food 🤷‍♀️

In a small bowl:
1c flour
1/2c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl:
2 large eggs
1/4c oil
3/4c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2c shredded zucchini
1/2c chocolate chips

Combine ingredients, then fill jars halfway. Only use flat mouthed jars! Clean the jars, then wipe rims with white vinegar.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean). Add flats to hot water for a few minutes before the jars are finished baking. Top the jars with flats and rings FULLY TIGHT. Check seals after 24 hours and enjoy!

Hospital birth doesn’t have to be synonymous with medicated. Natural hospital births exist!

The most important thing about your birth experience is that it’s YOUR experience.

It should be aligned with whatever brings you most peace (and of course should be mindful of your personal health needs).
