Catch us tomorrow morning at the Union county farmers market. We’ll have lions mane, a few oyster mushrooms, and a nice selection of peppers. If you need to spice up some salsa or make a batch of hot sauce we’ve got you covered. Tomorrow’s pepper list includes Murasaki, hot Hungarian wax, Pablano, jalapeno, Anaheim, and aji Cristal (a wonderful mid heat hot sauce pepper).

We’ll also have a handful of jars of citrus/fig jam, all of the citrus and figs in that were grown here on the farm.

Tomorrow is another one for the peppers. Our union county farmers market fare this week includes some of our favorite hot peppers including Serrano, jalapeno, green cayenne and a few others, as well as a couple milds like shish*to.

We’ll also have a few pounds of mushrooms, green frying tomatoes, fig and citrus trees, and maybe a few surprises.

It’s pepper time! We’ll have all sorts of hot and mild peppers tomorrow. If you’re after green hot sauces or green hot peppers for salsa and stir frying we’ll have those as well!

Green jalapeno, Serrano, cayanne,
Yellow aji Cristal, Hungarian hot wax, Anaheim, shish*to, and more on the list for tomorrow’s farmers market.

We’ll also have a small selection of fig trees and some fresh lions mane mushrooms.

For Saturdays market this week we will have a wonderful mix of fig trees, as well as the first citrus trees of the season.

Figs will be $25 each for the 3 gallon trees, I may have a few larger 2yr old trees priced separately.

For citrus I will have 1 or 2 each key lime, eureka lemon, a mandarin, and a kumquat. These trees are 3-4ft tall and should flower this summer or next spring. $50 each.

With the heat this week we won’t have mushrooms for this weekends market. Instead this weekend is all about the figs! We’ll have a range of berry and honey figs suitable for container growing available at tomorrow’s market.
