BREAKING NEWS
Colten has been temporarily transferred to international duty and was last seen dancing at the World Cup.

While he's representing Baby Cow Brewing on the world stage (or at least the dance floor), Kade is back home pouring cold beer and keeping the herd in line.

What’s a S.M.A.S.H. Beer?

Ever wonder what brewers mean when they say S.M.A.S.H.?
It stands for Single Malt And Single Hop. A style brewed with just one malt and one hop variety. No blending, no hiding behind a complicated recipe. It’s one of the purest ways to showcase exactly what a hop can bring to a beer.

Our latest Boot S.M.A.S.H. features Citra hops exclusively, delivering bright citrus, tropical fruit, and a crisp, refreshing finish that has quickly become a crowd favorite around the taproom.

A fun fact: this beer is loaded with hops, and those hops soak up a surprising amount of wort during the brewing process. That means we ended up with less beer than usual, making this batch a little more limited than most.

While serving in the Virginia militia, George Washington recorded a recipe for "Small Beer" in his personal notebook.

We've taken inspiration from that original recipe and brewed our own version right here in Comanche.
