From a little homebrew setup and a crazy idea…to brewing beer on the Comanche Square and being named Business of the Year by the Comanche Chamber.

Not gonna lie…there were a lot of long nights, a lot of learning curves, a lot of “well…let’s see if this works,” and a whole lot of support from this community along the way.

What started as two guys making beer has turned into something way bigger than we ever imagined. Friends became regulars, regulars became family, and Baby Cow became home.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but even more thankful for everyone who helped us get here.

Here’s to humble beginnings, cold beer, and seeing what happens when a small-town dream actually works.

“Trust the brewer,” they said…

So naturally, we blindfolded Kody and started handing him random Baby Cow beers to see if he could actually tell the difference.

We had a full field day with the girls over at JW Hardin Wine Company putting his taste buds to the test. No labels. No hints. Just pure beer guessing chaos.

Can the man behind the mash tun identify his own brews… or has “quality control” finally caught up with him?
