We are finally graduating to meat chickens. It took a village. Leslie Terrell for the eggs, Stephanie Saflin for hatching them, Smitten Chicken for raising, and finally, Tosin and her husband for dispatching and processing! The meat is in the oven. I'll post how it turns out. The breed is sasso.
