We wanted to give everyone a farm update and thank everyone who purchases sweet corn or pumpkins from our farm! We also appreciate everyone who likes and shares our posts. Liking and sharing helps to put us in front of people who have never seen us before.

We planted four patches of sweetcorn this season. We are finishing harvesting patch number two. Patch number three will be ready middle of next week. Yields have been good this season. We continue to battle raccoons 🦝. They take one bite out of an ear then move to the next one destroying a lot of our patch. It’s hard to blame them though with how tasty our corn has been. We will have corn to sell for 2-3 more weeks.

Our pumpkin crop looks awesome! There are a lot of pumpkins growing on our vines and a lot of flowering still happening. The three pumpkins pictured are a mini, warty, and yellow pumpkin. Pumpkin sales will begin end of August!

In 2025 we planted our first crop of Canaan fir Christmas trees 🌲 They have been a learning experience for everyone on the farm. All of our other crops are harvested in 4-8 months so 6-8 years is a big change. We planted another block of trees this year and plan to keep planting a block every year till harvest.
