We’re luring a special guest out of Terlingua for Hammerfest. Dallas, you’re welcome.

The B**r Pedaler. Antonio Alacran. The man who recorded the Velvet Hammer love song. Our friend Tony Drewry.

We think of him as the modern-day Texas craft b**r version of Hunter S. Thompson. If you know Tony, you get it. If you don’t, come meet him at Hammerfest Saturday. He’ll have stories to spin and an acoustic guitar in hand.

Velvet Hammer, Sledge Hammer, Pick Hammer, and Velvet Hammer cask variants will be pouring. Add Hammer cookies, Hammerschlagen, our new shirt, the Hammer Down backdrop and oversized hammer prop, and Ashley Watson’s painting is going home with someone. Tony should feel right at home.

And tonight, Give Back Bingo supports My Possibilities—the organization whose students created the Velvet Hammer montage on display at the brewery. Grab a b**r, play some Bingo, and help us give back.

Room for More? There’s always room for another medal.

Our Belgian Dubbel brought home a Great American B**r Festival medal for the second year running—the first back-to-back GABF win in Peticolas history. Raise a glass to brewer Jarrod “Dreads” and a b**r that keeps earning its name.

Join us at Peticolas and make a night of it. Tomorrow’s Give Back Bingo supports My Possibilities, whose students painted the Velvet Hammer montage proudly displayed at the brewery. They’ve given us something special to enjoy—now we get to show them some love.

Thursday brings free trivia at 7 PM, and Friday brings stand-up comedy at 7:30 PM. Award-winning b**r and plenty of reasons to get your friends together.

HAMMER DOWN. Hammerfest is this Saturday.

The whole Hammer family is coming out: Velvet Hammer, Sledge Hammer, and Pick Hammer, plus Velvet Hammer cask variants. Add Hammer cookies, Hammerschlagen, and our new Velvet Hammer shirt, and you’ve got an afternoon built for Hammer lovers.

Get your crew together for a photo at our new Hammer Down backdrop—with the oversized hammer prop, of course. And someone will be heading home with Ashley Watson’s Hammerfest painting.

The Texas–Oklahoma rivalry hits our stage TONIGHT.

Red River Comedy starts at 8 PM, with comics from both states competing for your laughs. You decide who wins. Grab your tickets through the event link and join us at Peticolas.
