At Mack Processing, from the time you drop off to the time you pick up, your deer is handled and processed individually. Once the deer is broken down and the meat is cut to your order specifications, everything is vacuum sealed. We do everything in house when it comes to processing your deer. The one thing we truly take pride in is that our bologna is also made in house. Again, we at Mack Processing want to thank our loyal customer base for the three years we’ve been in business already. To the new faces, we have enjoyed meeting you all and appreciate you coming to see us. We look forward to seeing everyone several times this season! Good luck and happy hunting!

As we are a month into another hunting season, we have seen a lot of familiar faces. While we appreciate the amount of regulars and great relationships we have built in what is our third season, we have also met quite a few new faces as well. It has been brought to our attention that another processing facility is not open this season. If you are one of the new faces from the other processor, we look forward to producing a product that is equal to or better than what you are a custom to. If you haven’t found the spare time to get out there and start hunting yet, make sure you keep Mack Processing in your sights when you get the opportunity.
