Hello everyone! It appears that someone has made some, shall we call it, “April Fools” jokes about our facility being up for sale.

We are happy to tell you that it in fact IS NOT. We will not be going anywhere. We love our place and appreciate that you may admire this place as much as we do. Should that ever be the case, you would hear it from us first!

We kindly ask that anyone talking about offers or turnover would please stop, as it could interfere with business and relationships that God is trying to work through here. We do not want to cause unwanted or unneeded fear or worry in our boarders or clients, as drama and gossip are not a part of who we are here. Thank you all so much!🩷

Looking for a last minute stocking stuffer or a gift for the kiddo who has everything? Do you just want to be the one with the coolest gift this year? White elephant gift needing some razzle dazzle? Look no further! We are happy to announce our Christmas Lesson Certificate sale now through the end of the year!

No experience needed. All ages and experiences levels welcome. This is a great way to introduce horses and riding to your family. Lessons last 1 hour, and can be customized to the riders goals.

Lesson deals and packages—
🐴 1 lesson: $40
🎄 2 lessons: $70

New this year for those not quite ready to ride, or just wanting face to face experience—
☃️ Intro to horses (grooming and ground work 30 minutes): $25

Lessons can be purchased now, but can start after the first of the New Year. Lesson vouchers good from time of purchase until May 2026. Scheduling will vary based on weather and availability. Lessons having to be rescheduled/canceled due to weather will not go against the voucher.

Certificates will be customized with recipient’s name and will emailed!

📢Announcement📢

With the current HSV-1 outbreak in the horse community, Living Water Ranch LLC will not be taking new boarders for the next 30 days. We are not allowing haul-ins and will not be hosting any events that include the public or outside horses. This also means we will not be taking in any new training horses. If you are interested in stalls for boarding or training for the winter, please contact us to be put on the wait list.

Lessons will continue as normal. Anyone visiting is not permitted to come directly from another barn or from having contact with other horses. If you have been around any other horses, whether it be from your own home or another barn, please let us know before coming here. You are not to wear any clothes, shoes, or bring any equipment, tools, etc into our barn that has recently been at another facility.

We are doing all that we can to protect our horses. No one is going to shows or hauling anywhere. There will be no horses coming in or going out for the next 30 days, or until we know more about what kind of handle we have on the situation.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We are praying for all the horses, owners, and facilities in surrounding areas and across the country. Stay safe everyone!

Here are all the pictures of our lovely facility. We are excited to share the updates. Living Water Ranch LLC is a Christian/faith-based boarding facility that also offers horseback riding lessons, training, and hosts events such as camps smd birthday parties. Owners live on site. Trainer and riding instructor in house with openings for the fall season.

We have stalls available!

Full and partial care options available.
Stall cleaning and turn-out available.

Our facility is family-friendly and well maintained. We have a co-op feed program with some amazing boarders. We have both an indoor and an outdoor riding arena that are well manicured, and have an array of training equipment. We also have a newly installed round pen with fresh footing. Our property features 4 large grass pastures and a dry lot. Our upper or main barn houses 21 stalls, while our lower barn houses 5 stalls—perfect for those wanting a more private experience. We have a wonderful farrier and keep a regular 6 week schedule for the barn. Our equine chiropractor is also a veterinarian that keeps a monthly appointment, and we have a good working relationship with our regular veterinarian. Our stalls are matted, with outlets for fans or heated buckets, and are well lit. We keep a consistent hay supplier for alfalfa or grass hay. Our grain is delivered weekly to the barn, and we have a Purina feed representative that hosts feed clinics and can provide nutritional assistance for our feed program and boarders. Shavings are supplied with your stall, and are delivered as needed. We have cubbies and a separate tack room for our boarders. Port-a-potty located right outside the barn. We have an open ride night and dinner at least once per month, and often haul to shows together, as well as enjoy other group activities as a barn family.
