Use any kind of link sausage you want (haters be hating)

Throw in a pan with peppers, onions, your favorite b**r, and season with an AP Rub

Smoke uncovered at 275F until they hit 135F internal

Take them off the smoker & throw them in a hot grill to crisp & tighten that casing up until they hit 155-160F internal.

Dress them how YOU like them and get down with it in gameday🔥🔥🔥

Beef cheeks might be better than brisket… 🔥🥩

Seasoned heavy with Alejo Marcelo Martinez Frugoni TX S&P Rub, smoked low & slow on the M&M BBQ Company Smoke King offset, then finished confit-style in beef tallow until every bit of fat and sinew broke down into pure gelatin—but the cheeks still held together for that perfect brisket-style slice.

Smoky bark. Insanely rich. Melt-in-your-mouth tender. And just look at that slice. 👀
