Western Colorado Burger Roll Call

It’s National Hamburger Day, and we think a good burger says a lot about a person.

Some keep it classic with Rocking W cheese.
Some add bacon because, obviously.
Some go all in with green chile.
Some want grilled onions, pickles, and a little sauce.
And some believe the beef should do the talking... salt, pepper, flame, done.

However you build it, the best burgers start with quality beef and good local fixings.
