Fireflies are coming soon! ✨

The annual light show that the Blue Ghost and Synchronous Fireflies put on at Rocky Fork State Park - Flag Pond, TN, is nothing short of magical.

Blue Ghost fireflies emit a steady, blue glow that floats just above the forest floor while synchronous fireflies flash in unison.

Because this is such a high-demand event, the park operates a free lottery system. This allows a manageable number of visitors to safely view this phenomenon without negatively impacting the fireflies.

The lottery is open until May 1, and one entry is allowed per person per date. Click the links below to enter and find more information.
