Our present goal is to provide premium genetics to young people by bringing quality showstock closer. We hope to offer lambs and cattle that not only will compete in North Carolina, but also at a national level. We have a passion for excellence, and we

would love to see our customers and friends win. We are proud of what we have done so far, and also of our customers' accomplishments over the past few years. The girls took the skinny sheep to WV and yes we knew we’d be too skinny in class but showmanship was a SUCCESS! So proud of these girls for wanting it bad enough to wake up EARLY and show 5 hours away. I am living the best dream with these kids that love it as much as I do!!

Happy Mother’s Day to the unsung hero in the background here at Haynes Farm! We never get pics together because we’re always too busy but Mom is always helping this operation thrive. We tackled moving tack and sheep into Louisville all by ourselves this past year, took 59382672749 lamb pictures, and worked a bunch. Thanks for never getting me an intervention but instead buying me more sheep😂 I definitely couldn’t do this without you! Love you Mom!

To all of my show moms, you are also VERY appreciated. Not only do you guys support me and work hard on lambs at home, you take care of this overgrown kid too! I know how much time, effort and money you guys put in behind the scenes to let these kids (and me) live our dreams and I can’t thank y’all enough for all you do!!

AI day for falls went well! We always enjoy working with our WV family—a huge thank you to the Schumakers at Mountain View Farm Club Lambs for always taking care of us (under-inflated trailer tires, oops), feeding us and an all-around good time. Big thanks to Keagan & crew for your outstanding AI again.. he gets em stuck! Lastly thank you to my right hand man Kenneth for putting up with a 12 hour day and helping get every single ewe out of cradles. Couldn’t get it all done without him! You guys needed more falls than we had to offer last year so we’ve bred 13 this year. There are a lot of really good ewes here. Looking forward to this set!!
