Today we're pouring two ways into the same grape: our Aubaine W**e estate Pinot Noir , full of red fruit and forest floor, and our Lytle-Barnett Blanc de Noirs, the white w**e hiding inside it — pressed off the skins, five years en tirage, still unmistakably Pinot underneath.⁠
