We’re looking to add a dependable person(s) to help on our family crop farm.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job—this is work for someone who enjoys being outside and staying busy. Days can be long during planting and harvest, but the work is steady and rewarding.

You might be a good fit if you:
✔️ Show up on time
✔️ Have a strong work ethic
✔️ Don’t mind getting dirty
✔️ Like working outdoors

What you’ll be doing:
• Helping with planting & harvest
• Running or assisting with farm equipment
• General farm work & maintenance

Farm or equipment experience is a plus!

McCarthy Farms is hiring for two Part-Time Potato Graders!
Hours are dependent on shipments. A start time of 8AM and finished typically by noon or a little after, 3-4 days a week.
Being a dependable & hard working individual is required, along with reliable transportation to/from work.
Job entails sorting out stones, debris and damaged Potatoes in preparation of loading them on trucks and/or storage. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper GAP certification standards and cleaning the work area after loading is complete.
