Stoney Brook Farms Inc. We are a wholesale vegetable grower out of Central Minnestoa. We have a total of about 600 acres. We are open from April to the 1st of November every year.

We grow a variety of vegetables for area grocery stores and wholesale houses.

We gathered the crew together for a little "friendly" competition!

🎽Kickball! Team jerseys! Waldo's Pizza! Matching sweatbands and hats! A trophy! Metals! Tissues for the losers!

🏆WINNING team was orange- PUMPKIN SMASHERS!
2nd place was green- Broccoli Brawlers!
3rd place was yellow- Corn Shuckers!
Last place was black- Harvest Hustlers!

Huitlacoche or "Mexican truffle" is a delicacy of the corn world!

Earthy, nutty, sweet.
Used to make many dishes such as quesadillas, soups, tamales! 😋

Huitlacoche is a fungal disease that causes abnormal growths on the cob.
🍃The fungus is spread through spores via wind, water, or soil.
