Excellent tribute
NEW B**R ALERT. The late, great Cardinal Pale Ale by Nebraska Brewing Company was beloved by so many people and was a stellar representation of the classic American Pale Ale style. We've known the Kavulak family for a long time, and miss the entire NBC team in the field of Nebraska craft b**r. Today we're releasing our homage b**r to them. Skeletal Remains Pale Ale is our attempt at hitting all the high notes of that great b**r but making it ours. Brewed with domestic 2-row, Simpson's British medium crystal and a touch of Weyermann Munich malts, Skeletal Remains was hopped with Cluster and Cascades in the boil, and dry hopped with Christensen Hop Farms Vista Christensen Hops. 5.3% ABV and 35 sturdy IBUs of bitterness. You'll enjoy every sip that laces down the glass. Only available on draft in our Tasting Room. It's a small batch of 5 bbl for us, so get in here and enjoy it as we don't expect it'll be around too long. It's the perfect fall b**r. **r
