Brian Schumann (farmer in Garber) and Didier Vanderbiest (Belgian veterinarian) have three young BELGIAN BLUE BEEF cattle to offer you. The animals will be deboned this Friday and the packages will be available starting this Saturday, December 6. Exceptional, top-quality meat. To receive your package of fresh meat, you must place your order before Thursday, December 4. After that date, you can still place an order, but the meat will be frozen.
