A week ago Miss Mo “Hashtag Morena” had her first show with ARCHA.

For it being her first show I didn’t set my bar high for her as I just wanted her to handle the show environment and arena well. To my surprise I got the message she WON her boxing class on Saturday! I was shocked I was not expecting her to win anything, there’s a lot to work on still but I have faith it’ll come along. She definitely surprised us all.

She is in the hands of an extremely talented trainer and I am very happy with her progress and looking forward to how she keeps coming along in time and her future shows this year!

Thank you so much Steve & Jen for all you do with her care, training, updates and so much more; as well being so honest and real with me about everything along this journey! Keep moving forward Mo, I am proud of you even with all your lovely personality! 🥰

Great little cheat sheet to have on hand! I have one in the vet box at home & my trailer!

A good one to save in your notes section of your phone… it’s always good to periodically take your horses temp, and even better to have an idea of what your horse’s baseline is.

You can often catch things quicker — through temp checks!

Went & seen my girls this afternoon.
They both are doing so good & little girl has straightened out so much in a week, can’t wait to see how she will be in a month! 🥰

Still not sure on a name but as her sweet personality unfolds more I’m sure I’ll find the perfect fit! She is so sweet, in your pocket baby but also is so full of s***k, running circles around mama Dixie all the time.

With that said shoot ideas for Registration names my way as I’m going to start a list to pick from! 😊

Welcome to the world little one! 😍

Dixie foaled late last night at 342 days with a healthy beautiful little filly by Moon The Judge 2015 AQHA Stallion she is absolutely perfect and so curious already, I can’t wait to watch her unfold.

So thankful she decided to have her on the one day I was home off the road this week to be able to come see them! Dixie & baby are doing wonderful today.

Want to give a huge thank you to Abraham's Equine Clinic for the watchful eyes, updates, and taking such good care of them!

Also thank you Amber for making my first AI experience so wonderful and stress free to answering any questions I had along the way, she truly is a wonderful stallion owner! And I’m so excited for this little girl!🎀 lots more pictures and videos to come 😊

Momma to be Dixie is all settled in at Abraham's Equine Clinic to foal out in the next month with her Moon The Judge 2015 AQHA Stallion baby! It’s nice to have the piece of mind she’s in good hands and under watchful eyes while I’m gone trucking. Fingers crossed for a filly but mostly praying for a healthy momma & baby in the end 🤎 the love I have for this mare is unconditional.

Went to see Mo this weekend at Steve Lantvit Horsemanship & im so happy with her progress!

We had some hurdles to overcome in the beginning but with the helpful guidance & knowledge of Steve & Jenn we are headed in the right direction! She felt so good & is starting to figure things out, there’s a long ways to go but nothing good happens over night it takes time, consistency, & patience. We are both a work in progress.

Im still very new to cowhorse but I’m determined to learn and take in as much as I can when I get the chance to become better for my horse & myself.

I truly enjoyed every minute I had in the saddle alongside amazing people when I was there. In the saddle is the only place the noise of the world goes quiet for a little while and I find my peace.
