Big shoutout to our State partners in food safety, CO Dept of Public Health. We had our annual inspection today (went well, A+), and they took over an hour to educate and help us navigate the bureaucracy associated with our future growth plans.

It is the most functional government agency I have worked with- here to help and serve, and not just write costly fines for things that are nearly impossible to know.

Well done Colorado.

We have an elderly German customer who sometimes forgets to speak in English when she calls the office. Monica, our GM, took German in high school and makes her feel right at home.

So, I suppose we now offer customer service in 5 languages: Mandarin, German, Cantonese, Spanish, and English.

We aren't fluent in most of them, but we can figure it out ♡♡
