The weather turned out beautiful! Yesterday started with rain and grey skies, but when it was time to serve the food the sun was shining and the wind died down - perfect!
We LOVE serving GOOD food to people! Everyone enjoyed, ate heartily, and had a great evening. 😊

Say YES to Yak!!
We had “Smak Burgers” last night and they were DELICIOUS! Dave’s Artisan Burger Buns, layered with Bear Creek Organic Farm’s Spring Mix, KK’s arugula, and our own wild foraged leek greens, local storage potatoes steak fries, and doctored beans - oh it was so good!!

Warm eats inside, while it’s cold and crazy outside!

Dave’s Pumpernickel Bread, a fresh rhubarb blueberry pie (using last season’s fresh goods)….
and a warm, straight from the oven Quiche - made with our own farm fresh eggs, storage onions, cooked green beans preserved from the season (leftover from dinner last night and perfect to use his morning!), spinach preserved from last season (though I hear Bear Creek Organic Farm has some fresh right now and boy that would be good!), some cottage cheese and mozzarella, served in a Stuchell Ceramics pie plate (gorgeous!)!
So good!

Hello Locavores!

And here we are....Christmas and the Holidays 2025! We will be delivering DECEMBER 23RD TUESDAY of this coming week.
BAKED GOODS, BREADS, APPLES, POTATOES, ONLY.

Be ready for the holidays with artisan breads, savory (make it a Blooming Bread! Arrives cut, drizzled with herb butter, and ready to warm in your oven and set on the table for all to pull apart and enjoy!) or sweet (the Cinnamon Swirl bread is a perfect addition to your Holiday morning, toasted, sauteed in butter, or as French Toast - so good and a big seller!), baked goods like traditional Stollen (hand kneaded, moist, and buttery!), Butternut Squash Cake Rolls (made from our own grown butternut squash, these cakes are moist, with walnuts, and cream cheese frosting!), Pies (Apple, Pumpkin, and Acorn Squash, with my all butter crust!), and Chocolate Pecan Cookie Brittle (a big hit this summer, buttery, crisp, and easy to put out for entertaining and enjoyment!).
