Rock fish doesn’t need much explaining, but will give it to you anyway. Mild, white, flaky, and verse enough to go from a sandwich to a stew or straight into the case to give customer something different farm raised rock fish stays fresh, looks great in the case and is available year-round at Atlantic Seafood Company.
