MEET YOUR FISH PIMP: ANTHONY OWENS.

Anthony Owens started around the docks when he was 11 years old. Now 61, he has spent a lifetime learning the seafood business from the ground up, and he is still running his route every week.

Anthony serves seafood customers in Jacksonville, New Bern, Wilson, and Rocky Mount.

Elizabeth City Blue 🦀. Georgia Bound. Dan Murphy has been on this dock for about 10 years, helping move the kind of fresh product that keeps retail seafood cases full up and down the coast. These blue crabs came out of Elizabeth city, North Carolina, and they are headed south to GA. That’s how it works around here: good people, good product, and no sitting still. Local scamp grouper doesn’t come through every day. This run was headed to Raleigh, NC. Fresh, Local, and hard to get it wrong whether it lands on the grill, fryer or a hot pan.
