Mellow Waves 🍊🤙🏼

Our Belgian Witbier brewed with candied orange peels.

Originally test-named as “Pomelo Waves,” this beer was first brewed using pomelo rinds before the recipe evolved to incorporate local candied orange peels instead. The “Po” was dropped, leaving us with Mellow Waves.

Soft, citrusy, low bitterness, and designed to slow things down a bit.

We’re committed to quality, but we aren't perfect 🍻

We recently identified a carbonation issue affecting a small portion of our 12oz canned beer. While we’ve corrected the issue for all new batches, some affected cans may still be on shelves.

Is your beer flat, underfilled, or is the can soft? Bring it by our Taproom and we’ll send you off with a fresh 6-pack and voucher for replacement pours on us. (Neighbor Island? Send us a DM with a photo and purchase location, and we’ll take care of you!)

Please note: This is not a safety risk, just a quality standard issue. We care deeply about your drinking experience and appreciate your heads-up.
