Closing a Chapter. Coming Home. ❤️
After Hurricane Helene changed so much for Vaste Rivière and our dear community, Vaste Rivière‘s Outpost became an important part of our journey forward.

It gave us a place to keep going, to welcome familiar faces, to gather as a community, and to begin rebuilding what had been lost. What started as a way to move forward after the storm became a special chapter in the Vaste Rivière story.

Now, that chapter is coming to a close.

Vaste Rivière’s Outpost will close, with our last day open to the public on Friday, September 24th.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the Outpost, walked through our doors, shared a meal, attended an event, shopped with us, or simply stopped by to check in. Your support helped carry us through a time when we needed it most.

And while saying goodbye to the Outpost is bittersweet, it also means something we have been working toward for a very long time is finally getting close…

We’re coming home.

🔥 Our hot kitchen is returning to Bridge Street in Hot Springs very soon. 🔥

Back where we started.
Back in the heart of town.
Back on the Appalachian Trail.
And back in the kitchen.

The Outpost will always be part of our post-Helene story and a reminder of the people and community who helped us keep moving forward.

Thank you for being part of this chapter. See you back on Bridge Street. ❤️

— Keith & Sarah
