From culinary demonstrations and networking to a local chef challenge called “Fired Up!,” Shamrock’s Expo brings thousands of chefs, restaurant operators, and foodies together for a one of a kind experience.
Last week, some of our team leaders visited Harbor Foodservice and attended their live sales meeting. It opened with a presentation from IMA to the Harbor sales team, then went into small breakouts with our suppliers and a mini food show with over 50 vendors representing our brands. The team left with a better understanding and more confidence that our brands are a quality solution for operators.

Classic Reuben Sandwich
½ lb Cobblestreet MKT. sliced corned beef
½ tsp Villa Frizzoni olive oil
6 slices Brickfire Bakery marbled rye bread
2 tbsp Fair Meadow unsalted butter
½ cup Cobblestreet MKT. sauerkraut
6 slices Cobblestreet MKT. Swiss cheese
Add oil to a skillet, over medium heat, add oil and cook meat until heated. Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread (butter side down) on a plate. Assemble each sandwich: top with the meat, cheese and sauerkraut. In a hot skillet, cook sandwiches over medium heat 4-6 minutes, flipping once. Cook until cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
