A challenging growing season just means a lot of learning and pivoting. I feel like we had a lot of crop issues this year, but especially on our lisianthus plants which take up about 1/3 of our main growing space. Iā€™m making some changes for next year so we can hopefully have a better season of them!

This spot in the picture wasnā€™t ours until early this year when we purchased the 4 additional acres that sits directly in front of us. We looked out onto it for over a decade so how sweet it was for it to finally be ours! This new property over doubled our acreage meaning more room for flowers and trees! Weā€™ve started cleaning it up, planted peonies, and cut some paths, but itā€™ll be a never ending project of managing and adding to itšŸ©·

Our Bear is 2šŸ„¹šŸ–¤

If youā€™ve been here for a bit you probably remember our Wally. We lost him right around wreath workshop time two years ago. It was awful and we were so sad for so long. That whole holiday season was a blur, but we got through it and Bear helped with that.

Heā€™s so clingy that heā€™d live under my skin if he could, will eat anything you give him (luckily no repeats of the sock and vet visit incident when we was a puppy), will always greet you with one of his ā€œbabiesā€, and is sweet enough to lick your face off if you let him! Iā€™m hoping one day heā€™ll be an amazing workshop dog and can hang out with us while we floral arrange or make wreathsšŸ„°šŸ©·

Dahlias definitely arenā€™t my favorite flower, but I canā€™t deny how beautiful they are! Thanks to my flower friend Stacey...

Fresh evergreen, cranberries, oranges, cloves, and more - a cozy holiday blend for your stovetop or crockpot that will keep your home smelling delightful for hours. These jars make the perfect little gift!
