Apple Bottom Beef is a small organic farm raising beef that is grass fed and apple finished. Our beef is fed 100 lbs of apples a day each for 6 weeks prior to being processed giving it its unique delicious flavor which won 1st place in the Beef Cook Off at the 2016 Blue Hill Fair.
