 I have a lot of people waiting for new babies and I have a lot of babies coming this month hopefully, as long as mom and dad’s did their job 😂
So be sure to read the sales policy if you are planning on getting a rabbit from me at any time in the future. You cannot claim a rabbit without reading the sales policy.

These sales policies are for the benefit of my animals. By purchasing anything from me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
💰Pricing varies.
Expect to spend 200-400 for a Holland Lop.
I require a 50% deposit to hold.
Prices are not negotiable .
I do not do “deals” if you get more than one.
📸Please check out my photo albums. There is an album of what bunnies are looking for homes, one with tips and advice, and one with amazon item.
I do not do a waitlist and all babies are FCFS.
Once you choose your rabbit and place deposit, no transfers are allowed and no refund will be made if you change your mind so please be sure of your decision.
✨RTG DATE( Pickup date):
Each bunny will have a RTG date on their picture.
You are required to pay final balance on ready to go date even if you cannot pickup. If you cannot pickup because you’re out of town or just need extra time, etc…. Balance is still due on that date. If you reach out and need them to stay longer i can board for $10 per week. However balance is due by RTG date no exceptions or sale is null and void and bunny goes back up for adoption. Also if i do not hear from you same rules apply , rabbit goes back up for adoption. Same Rules apply to rabbits 8 weeks or older.
•You must reach out to me and give me right of refusal on a bunny you need to rehome.
All rabbits are pedigreed.

LOCAL PICKUP 🛻
Due to our home being closed to public we do public meetups for pickup only. The location is Dollar General 14837 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville FL 32234.
I can also meet at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center.
TRANSPORT 🚕
You are responsible for setting up transport and paying for it. I do not reach out to transporters. If the rabbit is older than 8 weeks and is not picked up by (ready to go) date, it is $10 per week to board until pickup. No exceptions! I will send health check pics and or video the day before your transport picks up your rabbit. Once the rabbit leaves my possession I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for said rabbit. Some Transport options are Wild Hops, Cluckingham Carriage, Burlesque Poultry, Six Feathers Farm, Hippity Hop Express, Up North Pet Taxi.
• All Sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
• Once any animal leaves my possession, I will not be held liable for any problems that arise after our transaction.
• Our farm is privately owned. We do not have set hours that we are available. We are a closed farm and rabbitry. We do not allow visitors to our home for safety and to keep animals healthy.
• I reserve the right to cancel a sale in person or via the internet with no explanation.
• I accept cash, Venmo , cashapp, paypal and Zelle. You must pm to get this info.
• You are responsible to look over the animal you are buying. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what you are looking for, and to confirm it is healthy.
• I do not offer a carrier for you to transport your animal home. Please come prepared.
• I WILL NOT knowingly sell any sick animal. All of my animals are sold healthy to the best of my knowledge. (I take pride in my animals and knowing they are very healthy).Once in your possession I am not responsible for the animals or refunds, exchanges, etc...
•I handle my rabbits on a regular basis. However if you are purchasing a rabbit as a house pet it will take some time for it to adjust.
🐰 I do not guarantee multiple rabbits will get along.
•We do not guarantee gender of rabbit. I do my best to s*x rabbits however if you suspect a gender mistake please reach out.
•I do not guarantee breeding or showing results on any rabbits.
• I do not ship animals.
•I will work with transport as long as it’s within 30min of my location.
✨You are responsible for knowing how to properly care for your rabbit. Im happy to answer questions , however, do not rely on me to teach you everything you need to know. Please do your own research. My photo albums also have alot of helpful info and items you will need for your new bunny.
*If you are rude or a problem to work with I will cancel sale with no refund and add you to my do not sell/buy list 🙌🏻

💲 Any deposits/payments made are non refundable unless something happens while animal is in my possession. If rabbit gets sick or passes away while with me, you can choose another rabbit or you will receive a refund within 2 weeks of requesting. .......................
