The Pigs are Coming Home. As we take another step toward winter the first group of animals off pasture are pigs. We house our pigs in a hoop tunnel for the winter drinking skim milk and hay. It creates a unique flavor profile that makes it impossible not to eat the whole package of bacon!!! Enjoy and eat responsibly 💪😂💪

We are building a system that creates the highest form of human nutrition from sunlight, soil, and water. Farm as EcoSystem is a framework for building human health. Won’t you Join?

If you don’t have passion, you can’t produce great food. We’ve been focused for the last 25 years on one thing. How to produce the best, nutrient dense food on the planet. Now, as we descend into fall, we’re harvesting and producing the best food of the year. Join us in our journey to redefine what America eats and heal ourselves and our children from the soil to the soul.

Pay the Farmer now or the Doctor later. Quality matters, especially for our kids. All food isn’t created equal. Over the last 130 years we’ve tried to make food bigger, better, faster, and cheaper. But the Nutrient density suffered. So now we have to eat more calories to get more nutrition. We’ve lost the plot. It’s time to get it back.

Radical Love and Radical Transparency. We wouldn’t have it any other way. Social media sucks. But it can be used for good. Showing you exactly how your food is grown. We Love growing this food. Showing you how it’s all connected. That’s what it’s all about. And that was the mission when we started Copia Farm!!

Since 1895 there has only been one other event that had more rainfall than Copia had in the last 17 days. Last August there was .61 inches of rain, this August there has been 8.87” through 17 days. That’s a 1354% increase. Man the boats!

The rains have been relentless this month and it’s stirring up the heard. You can’t tell a Mother where to give birth and when 2 cows didn’t show up for milking this morning, we thought there might be a new arrival. Sure enough Devine gave birth to Skittles. Both are happy and healthy!!!
