Aunt Mae Pearl's Kitchen In loving memory of my grandmother Mae Pearl Warren, whose idea of a great time is surrounded by her family.

She would cook big meals during the holiday season knowing very well that her sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and grand-kids would come from miles around to fill their stomachs. While the food brought us close, it was her that held us even closer to one another. I’ve recreated some of her favorite dishes and blended some new ones in hopes to keep her idea of family times both tasty and unforgettable.
