WHAT IS ROSE VEAL? 🐂✨..

✨👉 The most humane and sustainable way to harvest exceptionally tender, rose pink and nutrient dense beef!

✨👉 Our calves live with their mama cows, nursing on rich wholesome milk while grazing in our grassland pastures. Harvest is at just under one year of age, right about the time that natural weaning would occur.

✨👉 Our customers choose a WHOLE or HALF from our dairy side OR our range side.. OR.. choose one HALF from each side (as available). Customers receive a custom cut sheet to fill out for processing, we do all the hauling and boxed meat pickups for our customers.

✨👉 Harvest time is end January/beginning February 2027! Local pickup only.
