How do we make NOIR Pinot Noir? The answer: with some of the most amazing grape juice on the planet.

Seriously, the raisins have nothing left in them by the end!

These grapes come from the incredible Triska Vineyard. The darkest, juiciest fruit go into our NOIR program, while the lighter, acidic juice will be made into our Triska Vineyard and Choreography Pinots.

People said you couldn’t grow Pinot in Livermore. Then we did it. Then the awards started coming in. 90 pts Wine Spectator. 95 pts and Editor’s Choice Wine Enthusiast. 🏆

Then people said, well you can’t grow THAT much Pinot in Livermore. But you know what. Look at that juice! We have enough to make three different award winning, 100% Pinots. 💯
