Since we're officially in the middle of summer, we thought it was the perfect time to remind everyone that our summer favorites are still in full swing at Flaca's!!

Our roasted corn salsa (pictured 🌽), mango salsa, and cauliflower ceviche are ONLY available during the summer months, when the produce is at its freshest and in season.

Come get your hands on some this weekend before summer slips away!

It’s perfect for making enchiladas, easy “cheat” birria tacos (grab the recipe on our website!), or a delicious batch of chilaquiles.
