🔎 1. FIND THE RIGHT LAND
Search for:

• Seller financing

Don’t see it listed? Ask. Some owners may consider financing if the offer makes sense.

🤝 2. NEGOTIATE MORE THAN THE PRICE
Agree on:

We’re questioning the defaults around food, debt, education, work, technology, alcohol, and what family is supposed to look like.

Not because we think we have everything figured out—but because our kids deserve more than simply inheriting whatever society calls “normal.”
