We have a quarter beef up for grabs after a customer did not pay/pick up.

It yielded 103 pounds of meat and costs $921.50. Deposit or full payment must be paid to claim/hold; it is ready to be picked up in the morning.

Amazing deal on steaks!

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had a customer cancel on a pre-cut special order quarter beef. This quarter includes:

15 ribeyes
7 sirloins
13 T-Bones
1 NY Strip
3 Filets
4 roasts
1 whole brisket
2 packages of beef tips
4 packages of skirt and flank steak
6 packages of top/bottom/cubed
2 packages of short ribs
15 packages of 1.5 pound hamburger meat

Again, this was a SPECIAL ORDERED quarter beef that contains EXTRA steaks because the paired quarter only wanted hamburger meat.

The total is $737 and the finished product weight is 95.5 pounds. Call 870-949-1071 to claim and pick up TODAY!
