Norwegian Farmhouse IPA (NFIPA v1.0) - 7.2%
Brewed with one of our favorite Norwegian farmhouse yeast strains. Kettle hopped with Chinook. Whirlpooled with Simcoe cryo, Chinook and Goldings. It’s then GUTTED in the dry hop stage with Chinook, Simcoe cryo, Goldings, beet powder, and all natural beet coloring. A heavy wheat base sets the stage. . . . .

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake Ale (PPMA v1.6) - 5.9%
Brewed with 2row, oats, wheat, pumpkin, brown sugar, and milk sugar (lactose) for a full body with a residual sweetness. Then, it is conditioned with an absurd amount of Madagascar vanilla beans and a calculated amount of allspice, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon sticks. The aroma and flavor of this b**r is strong pumpkin pie and vanilla. . . . .
