🥔🧀 SLOW COOKER SAUSAGE & POTATO CASSEROLE! 🧀🥔

We've got the PERFECT comfort food recipe for those chilly Wisconsin fall days! And the best part? Your slow cooker does most of the work! 🙌

🌟 MAKE IT WITH GEISS MEAT KIELBASA! 🌟

We're talking tender potatoes, savory Geiss Meat Kielbasa, melted cheddar cheese, and a creamy, flavorful sauce all cooked together into one AMAZING meal! 😋

🛒 HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

🥔 Diced hashbrown potatoes
🌭 Geiss Meat Kielbasa Sausage
🧅 Onion
🧀 Shredded cheddar cheese
🥫 Cream of mushroom soup
🥄 ½ cup sour cream
🌶️ 1 tsp Creole seasoning (or your favorite blend)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:

Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Add your diced hashbrowns, sliced Geiss Meat Kielbasa, chopped onion, and shredded cheddar.

Mix the soup, sour cream, and seasonings together, then pour over everything.

Give it a gentle stir, cover, and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.

Add a little extra cheese, serve it up, and ENJOY! 🤤

With the warm weather, getting your animal cooled down and taken care of quickly is important. That’s why Geiss Meat offers 24-HOUR DROP OFF for bear and venison during the season!

🔥 WARM WEATHER + BEAR SEASON + BOW SEASON = GEISS MEAT FOR YOUR PROCESSING NEEDS!

Our after-hours drop-off station is set up and ready to make things as easy as possible.

AFTER-HOURS DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Take two tags and write your name and phone number on each tag.
🦌 Deer: If you want to save the hide, cape, horns, etc., make sure to write it on the tags.
🐻 Bear: Write cape, full, rug, or do not want hide on the tags.
2️⃣ Place one tag in the container box and zip-tie the other tag to the animal.
3️⃣ Put the animal in the cooler:
➡️ RIGHT SIDE — Animals WITH hide
⬅️ LEFT SIDE — Animals WITHOUT hide

These convenient bags are already cubed up and ready to use — making them perfect for quick meals, casseroles, omelets, soups, salads, and more!

🍴 NEED AN EASY LABOR DAY SIDE DISH?
Try making a Classic Creamy Ham & Shell Pasta Salad!
You’ll need:
• 8 oz medium shell pasta
• 10 oz frozen peas, thawed
• 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
• ¼ lb Geiss Meat Cubed Boneless Ham
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the pasta, drain and cool. Mix everything together, refrigerate for 2–3 hours, and you’ve got an easy, delicious side dish for your Labor Day get-together! 😋
