Amsterdam Two is proud and excited to announce that Grade 1 winner and track-record setter Skippylongstocking — who has earned over $6 million, won a dozen graded stakes, and recorded 10 triple-digit Beyer speed figures to date — will retire to Amsterdam Two Farm in Middleburgh, NY for 2027, at the conclusion of his racing career.

Skippylongstocking, a 12-time graded stakes winner by Exaggerator, has an initial fee of $3,500, which could change following his performance in the Oct. 31 Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) at Keeneland, according to Amsterdam Two Farm.

From the racetrack to the breeding shed — the people who were with Arzak🚀 from the start are still involved today.

Pictured here with Arzak are Michael Trombetta Jr. (left) and Chris Aro (right) — both of whom were directly involved with his daily care in the shedrow of Michael Trombetta, who trained Arzak throughout the duration of his racing career. Trombetta supported Arzak in his first season at stud with a stakes-winning daughter of Harlan’s Holiday, and recruited several others to Arzak’s 100+ book of high-quality mares.

When you bring a stallion to stud, there’s tremendous value in having people involved who truly know the horse — his ability, his toughness, his personality, and everything that went into his success on the racetrack. We’re thankful for everyone who played a role in Arzak’s racing career and especially grateful to those who continue to believe in him and his future.

The racing chapter may be over, but Team Arzak is still very much together. 🚀

Two new graded stakes winners yesterday for Not This Time — sire of Arzak🚀 — as Bodacious Bay wins the $1 million Cotillion Stakes (G1) at Parx for trainer Saffie Joseph, Jr., and Conceit wins the $300,000 Dogwood Stakes (G3) at Churchill for trainer Bob Baffert. (Link in comments for the latter race.)

Not This Time remains the #1 sire in North America for 2026 by total progeny earnings, and is tied for #1 by number of 2026 graded stakes winners (13) and overall black-type winners (22).

Call Ken (570.604.3657) or Mike (917.455.0693) today to talk about tapping into the power of Not This Time, by breeding to his only son in New York — multiple graded stakes winner, millionaire and new track record setter Arzak!

Racing Sept. 19 at Parx Racing in the Cotillion Stakes (G1), recent purchase Bodacious Bay pays immediate dividends for her new connections by defeating Always a Runner and Measure in the $1 million race for 3-year-old fillies.

In case you missed it, Not This Time — sire of Arzak🚀 — sired the 1-2 finishers in the $1.75 million Grade 1 Ladies' Turf Sprint at Kentucky Downs last week. In 2026 alone, Not This Time has sired 21 individual stakes winners (11 of them graded) for total progeny earnings of more than $25 million.

Call Ken (570.604.3657) or Mike (917.455.0693) today to talk about booking your mare to Arzak, New York's only son of Not This Time and a multiple graded stakes winner, new track record setter and millionaire in his own right!

Sent off at odds of 27-5, In Our Time sprinted away from her rivals in the stretch to take out the GI Ladies' Turf Sprint.

Amsterdam Two Farm is proud to have foaled and raised Tiger Line (Bucchero–Gypsy Jo), who delivered an impressive debut victory in yesterday's Saratoga New York-Bred Maiden Special Weight in Race 5. Facing a talented field of fellow 2-year-olds, Tiger Line showed plenty of class and determination to get the job done first time out.

We are excited to watch this filly's journey unfold and look forward to seeing what the future holds.

Congratulations to all of the connections on this exciting win!

Thrilled to have the farm represented by this outstanding group of New York-bred yearlings, all of whom were foaled right here at Amsterdam Two Farm!

We also couldn’t be more excited about our investment in New York stallion American Revolution. After spending time on the sales grounds inspecting yearlings, it's safe to say this first crop of yearling’s is absolutely 🔥🔥.

Best of luck to all the sellers, buyers and consignors, and we look forward to watching these talented young horses develop in the years ahead.

What’s Arzak been up to lately?

Well... enjoying life.

He’s been nibbling on grass, catching up with his wingman Peruvian Boy, taking in the mountainside views of the valley, and enjoying his favorite pastime—running a lap or two around the field just for fun.

While Arzak enjoys a well-deserved break after a very successful first season at stud, things are anything but quiet in the Amsterdam Two office. In fact, we’ve booked two additional mares to Arzak this week for both the 2027 and 2028 breeding seasons.

If you're planning matings for 2027 and would like to discuss how Arzak might fit your program, we'd love to hear from you.

You can skip a year on your late-foaling mare — and not get a foal on the ground til 2028! 😭 — or you can call about a late-season deal to Arzak🚀, one of NY's most popular stallions for 2026.

Our 2026 foaling season has officially come to an end! 🎉🍾

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for their dedication, hard work, and countless sleepless nights that made this season such a success. This year, we welcomed 48 foals, consisting of 26 fillies and 22 c**ts. It is undoubtedly a strong and exciting group, and we can't wait to watch their futures unfold.

Our final arrival is a fitting conclusion to what has been an outstanding foal crop.

Welcome Aboard (Rock Hard Ten – Recherche, by Rahy) delivered a beautiful c**t from the first crop of Stage Raider, a TDN Rising Star by Pioneerof the Nile and a half-brother to Justify for breeder Bianchi Stables. Welcome Aboard earned $222,876 during her racing career and was a multiple stakes performer, highlighted by her victory in the Opelousas Stakes (Turf). She is also the dam of three winners from four starters, including two six-figure earners. Her produce record is highlighted by the G3-placed Mo' Em Down Caracaro Filly, who finished second in the G3 Sorrento Stakes at two and returned this year at three to capture an allowance victory in her seasonal debut against a talented group of sophomore fillies over Santa Anita's downhill turf course.

We are excited to announce that Welcome Aboard will be bred back to Arzak for 2026!

It's not too late to book your late-foaling mare. Don't miss the opportunity to be part of Arzak's powerhouse first crop!
