In a rush to get
beef to market, breeding cattle became less about quality and
more about quantity. Dry aging beef for flavor and tenderness
was left behind. So, when I started Roseda Beef, I went back to the old days. With the help of computer technology, we select breeding traits,
like marbling, that will produce a great eating experience for our
customers. In fact, we guarantee it. Most of all
, we returned to the days before mass production. Our
grandparents didn't feed their cattle growth hormones or daily
antibiotics; nor do we. Sometimes less is more. We run Roseda
as a farm, not a factory. I think you'll taste the difference in
