We celebrated National Farmer’s Day by giving back to the farmers in the community through Feed the Farmer. Along with delivering meals to farms or fields, we also made and handed out first aid kits to every farm in case of an emergency. We are so thankful to all the farmers in White County who work long hours to provide the food and fuel we depend on everyday.

On Wednesday evening, we celebrated the success of seven of our members who received their Hoosier Degree.

The Hoosier Degree is the highest award the Indiana FFA Association can bestow on its members. This degree represents the success in their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs, leadership development, and community service.

Congratulations to Alayna Williams, Katelyn Westerhouse, Olivia Dahlenburg, Andrew Sherrick, Ashley Sosa Guzman, Dennis Garrett, and Brooke Greene!

Today was another busy day at the 97th Indiana FFA State Convention.

We had 4 individuals compete in the Vet Science CDE where they completed 4 different practicums, identification of breeds, tools, parasites, and a team activity.

The 97th Indiana FFA State Convention is underway.

Bryce and Scarlett competed in the Discovery Animal Science Demonstration🐣

Our members also participated with in the Million Meal Movement where they packed mac and cheese into shelf stable bags. All the boxes that were packed today will be distributed around the state.

We ended our night with dinner at Ford’s Garage 🍔
