We’re excited to share a few words from Juan's supervisor about this achievement:
“Juan Sanchez started as a Line Worker on the night shift when there were only two crews operating on the shift. From the very beginning, he stood out for his dedication, commitment, and passion for his work. He quickly became one of the best — if not the best — Crumbles Machine Operators, someone the team could always rely on and whose pride and passion for the job were evident every day.
Through that same passion, strong work ethic, and leadership ability, Juan continued to grow professionally, developing into a Foreman and ultimately reaching the highest level within our P4P program. For this reason, I want to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for the outstanding work and effort he has demonstrated.
Through his commitment, leadership, and dedication, he has built a disciplined, well-trained, and collaborative team that consistently reflects a high level of performance on the line.
His ability to lead the team, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure goals are achieved has not gone unnoticed. This achievement is a well-deserved recognition of his performance,
