We sell direct to consumer beef by whole animal, half or by the quarter. We raise Akaushi/Angus and Akaushi/Shorthorn cross animals. Our beef is all natural, pasture raised on our 296 acre family farm in the southwest corner of Dane County, Wisconsin. We've been farming this land for 5 generations and 2020 was our 150th anniversary of the farm being in the Kittleson family. Akaushi beef, also refe
rred to as Red Wagyu, has incredible flavor and is often referred to as "buttery" in it's texture and tenderness. On top of that our all naturally raised cattle being 50% Akaushi genetics are heart healthy. TO PLACE ORDERS: We are not currently set up for retail sales.
