Two months old and Shadow is already moving the dogs. 😂🐮🐾
She’s been doing this since she was just a few weeks old. Apparently nobody told Shadow that she’s the baby around here.
Tiny cow. BIG confidence.
I think we may have found the new ranch boss. 😂❤️

“Ummm… excuse me. I believe you forgot something.” 😂🐮
Gunnar has officially mastered the art of patiently waiting for his treat. No mooing, no pushing… just standing at the gate, staring me down and trusting that eventually I’ll remember why he’s there. ❤️
This boy just keeps getting more handsome—and apparently, more persuasive—every day. Gunnar is definitely learning that a little patience (and that sweet Highland face) usually pays off!
Good things come to those who wait… especially treats. 🥕🐮❤️

Hidden Homestead's Solara is a beauty like her momma Devina. At 5 months she is growing into a nice looking heifer.

Tilly's first calf - Sunset Sadie. We are looking forward to see how she develops in the next couple of months. She is almost 6 months old.

Today we hauled Donovan to Salem, where we said goodbye and transferred him to his new owner. He has now made it safely to his new home south of Tacoma, where I know he is going to be very loved, spoiled, and get all the attention he deserves. ❤️
And the best part? In a few months, after weaning, Donovan’s full brother will be joining him! Knowing these two boys will grow up together makes saying goodbye just a little bit easier.
We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our sweet Donovan. ❤️🐮

Five months old... and every day he looks a little more like a bull.
Gunnar continues to impress us with his substance, structure, and quiet confidence. He's developing exactly the way we'd hoped, and we're excited to watch him mature.
It's still early, but he's showing all the signs of becoming a very promising herd sire prospect.
Sometimes all you can do is watch... and let them show you who they are.

Nessa’s little sister is starting to make her presence known 🤍
Meet Solara — full sister, same powerful genetics, and already showing that quiet confidence we love to see.
And of course, Sadie wasn’t about to be left out of the attention 💕
We’re excited to watch this girl grow…
