9 YEARS OF MAKINA! 🎂🎉🥳

August 12, 2017: Parked behind PS1 in LIC with a clean truck, a heart full of hope, and food for just 25 people.
We sold out on day one (shoutout to family, friends, and those brave first pedestrians! 📸), launching the 1st Ethiopian-Eritrean Food Truck in NYC.

What started as a love for culture and food turned into serving thousands.

Through pandemics, economic downturns, and major setbacks, God has been faithful every step of the way. 🙏
