It’s the first fresh-pressed olive oil of the harvest: bright, green and peppery, and only here once a year.

The olives are coming off the trees, the mills are churning away, and we are all anxiously awaiting our first taste of fresh 2026 EVOO!🌿

What is Olio Nuovo?

It’s Italian for “new oil.” It’s the first olive oil of the harvest, pressed within 24 hours of picking. Bright green, grassy and a little peppery.

It’s here from harvest until January. Then it’s gone until next fall.
